The Washington State football scene is really getting exciting in 2009. Some of the perennial powerhouse teams are making their run as expected. But others are moving up the ranks and trying to make their mark. At mid season things are starting to really get going.

One team on the move is the Jackson High Timber Wolves who are at 5-0 and on a roll. Quarterback Andy Gay is really on fire and his main weapon is one Riley Carr.
